Our strategy team works closely with our creative team and client partners, providing data, insights and reporting to influence decisions and boost innovation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Management team leads client relationships and provides highly regarded strategic consultation. They are project leads and orchestrate delivery across mixed discipline teams ensuring all output is produced to the highest standard, delivering to best practice as well as the client brief.

The team are brand guardians - they work with clients as partners, immersing themselves in their brand's world to provide counsel. They have sound knowledge in all NAS service areas and the latest trends in brand communications in order to effectively guide and grow their accounts.

YOUR ROLE

We're looking for a Graduate Placement to join our Account Management team for a 3-month fixed-term contract.

As part of the account team, you will support key client accounts and help facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You will assist in managing project activities, owning administrative tasks and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on time. You'll help make sure everything runs smoothly, from day-to-day tasks to keeping our project timelines on track. This role is a fantastic opportunity to get a first-hand look at how a creative agency works.

You will be responsible for:

Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and managing communication across email, Slack, and other platforms.
Support client meetings by recording detailed notes and ensuring all decisions and discussions are clearly documented across internal platforms for the team.
Assist in the creation of project briefs to ensure internal teams have a clear understanding of client needs and project goals.
Help create and manage project timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources are in place to deliver projects efficiently.
Manage daily project workflows and task tracking using tools like Slack and G-Suite.
Maintain an organised system for all project documentation, including files and status reports.
Embrace the NAS spirit of curiosity by staying informed about the latest trends in design, technology, and brand communications.
Actively contribute to team initiatives, sharing your insights and exemplifying company culture and values in your interactions with the team
