Tangent Agency is a growing creative culture agency looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and work across a truly exciting and ever growing global client portfolio. The successful candidate will be culturally connected, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and an excellent communicator, who has experience building relationships and providing strategic advice to clients.

Experience in working across multiple creative disciplines is a must, as well as the ability to balance multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

Worked with global or retail brands
Worked in sports fashion or have a strong appreciation of the space
Previous experience across campaign, social and experiential
Experience working through strategy with clients in order to write briefs
Strong pitch development and delivery
Unrivalled organisational skills
Managed budgets, timeframes and production partners
Be commercially minded, always looking for opportunities, and be driven by project success
Feel confident offering strategic consultancy to clients to ensure the best possible work is created
Be personable and have a strong track record of managing and building client relationships
Be confident in leading and facilitating productive meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

You'll be responsible for:

Managing the client relationship
Taking client briefs and drafting creative briefs
Presenting and selling in creative work to clients
Working with creative leads, producers and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
Providing regular updates to clients and being responsible for all client communication
Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps

A strong communicator

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Managing multiple client accounts within an agency
Working with global or retail brands
The sports fashion or the fashion industry
Working across campaign, social and experiential projects
Managing the development of Account Executives
Preparing and presenting pitches
Managing budgets, timeframes and production partners
