Summary

4 to 6+ years of application and production support
experience debuging applicaiotns in java and python, SQL, NoSQL
SQL skills to pull complex data report from multiple sources
Strong problem solving and data anlyisis skills
Be able to write scripts/code to manipulate data
take produciton level call for issues
work with engineering team for permenant code fixes
Some experience with Monitoring and alerting tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.
