IT Operations Team Leader, responsible for leading frontline operations teams

Job highlights:

Main responsibilities:

Lead the team to manage the IDC operations team (7 x 24 and 5 x 8)

Coordinate daily duty, work order circulation, and emergency response

Coordinate TPM, customer, and on-site teams to ensure SLA achievement

Optimize SOP/SOP processes to improve delivery quality and efficiency

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer/network/computer room operation and maintenance

More than 3 years of IDC/IT operation, maintenance or management experience

Fluent in French and Chinese

Work location: Paris
