You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!Detailed description of the mission: - Familiarizing yourself with the specifics of pilot courses, particularly the CBTA and EBT models, covering theoretical concepts, software development tools usage, and operational documentation. - Studying current training materials based on face-to-face courses to identify key knowledge elements that pilots and instructor pilots must acquire. - Conducting a benchmark of the state-of-the-art in terms of distance learning and self-learning. - Developing a project for the implementation of the 'TRAINING EBT' project within our training entity. - Participating in the development of the course content. - Focusing on creating interactive and engaging content for learners, using online collaboration tools. Also, considering maintainability and ease of updating courses over time in the choice of technical solutions This internship is designed for you:

A student in an aeronautical school (Master's level) looking for an end-of-studies internship.
Interested in aviation operations, particularly pilot training.
Eager to share your knowledge and create interactive training content using the latest technologies.
Possess good regulatory and learning process knowledge.
Have strong communication, organizational, and autonomy skills.

Vous familiariser avec les specificites des cours pilotes, et plus precisement les modeles CBTA et EBT, allant des concepts theoriques a l'utilisation des logiciels de developpement, en passant par la documentation operationnelle.
Etudier les supports de formation actuels bases sur des cours presentiels pour en ressortir les elements cles de la connaissance que doivent acquerir les pilotes et les pilotes instructeurs.
Faire un benchmark de l'etat de l'art en termes de formation a distance et d'auto-apprentissage
Developper un projet pour la mise en place du projet 'TRAINING EBT' au sein de notre entite formation.
Participer au developpement du contenu de ce cours
Ce stage est fait pour vous :

Etudiant dans une grande ecole aeronautique (Bac+5) a la recherche d'un stage de fin d'etudes
Interesse par les operations aeriennes et plus particulierement la formations des navigants.
Avide de partager ses connaissances et de creer des contenus de formation interactifs en utilisant les dernieres technologies du moment
Bonnes connaissances reglementaires et pedagogiques.
Bonne capacite de communication, d'organisation et d'autonomie
