Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Supplier Performance Manager (SPM) to join our team in Toulouse, France, on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in aerospace manufacturing and demonstrate strong capabilities in managing supplier performance, especially in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage supplier performance activities across assigned aerospace manufacturing suppliers.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Analyze production load and capacity to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and crisis situations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance.
Monitor and report supplier KPIs, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers in areas such as electrical, chemical, or other specialized domains.
Ensure adherence to aeronautical standards and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Aeronautical experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven Supplier Performance Management (SPM) experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve crisis situations effectively.
Expertise in one or more specialties: Electrical, Chemical, or other technical domains (senior-level experience required).
Strong background in supplier auditing and quality assurance.
Proficiency in analyzing production load and capacity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience working with Tier 1 aerospace suppliers.
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, EN9100).
