Job Summary

This position will assist the Project Managers on the Digital Solutions team.

Duties/Responsibilities

Work directly with Digital Solutions and Technology teams.

Administrative Support

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
Help track project timelines and deliverables.

Project Tracking & Reporting

Monitor project progress and update status reports.
Assist in identifying risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager.
Help maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate between departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Respond to emails and inquiries related to project activities.
Help ensure team members are informed of deadlines and responsibilities.

Responsibilities For Food Safety

Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food and Employee Safety policies.
Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities, and individuals.
If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Actively enrolled in: Area(s) of study related to Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Business Management, and/or Communications.
