Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Finance Assistant at Hotel Saint, located in London. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations including coding invoicing, financial reporting- Reconciliation between Lightspeed vs Opera, Credit card Reconciliation, General Cashering, Petty cash, posting BACS in opera and maintaining accurate accounting records. Tasks include assisting with budget preparation, conducting Balance Sheet preparation, assisting in internal Audit and external Audit, analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves communicating with various departments and vendors to resolve any financial queries.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct financial analysis
Experience in Invoicing and maintaining accurate accounting records
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
Excellent Communication skills for interaction with departments and vendors
Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
Relevant experience or qualifications in finance or accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
Strong Execel skills required which includes Pivot table, Vlookup and Sum if etc etc
