***This is a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Candidates should be available to start immediately or have a short notice period.

Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading insurance firm who are seeking a highly analytical Reward Analyst to join their brilliant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their expertise in Reward within a global, fast-paced environment. If you've spent 1-2 years in a broad Reward position and are eager to elevate your career, this role offers hands-on experience with cyclical Reward processes as well as involvement in strategic international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for employee and stakeholder inquiries related to compensation and benefits, offering expert advice and guidance.
Contribute to the annual reward cycle, including salary benchmarking, compensation review, and management of company-wide share incentive plans.
Take ownership of preparing, analysing, and validating data for the annual pay review process, ensuring consistency with internal frameworks and budgetary limits.
Carry out in-depth Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, delivering insights that inform equitable pay practices and diversity strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, process documentation, and detailed reports using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
Collaborate on the creation and implementation of flexible benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with employee needs and business goals.
Draft clear and engaging communication materials to support benefit and wellbeing initiatives.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and insights to support decision-making across the People function.
Contribute to positioning the Reward function as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the organisation.

Desired Experience:

Solid grounding in a generalist Reward or Compensation & Benefits role.
Confident working with large datasets and conducting data modelling and analysis.
Skilled in managing time effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Passionate about precision and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
