Role: Interim FP&A Manager -

Business: E-commerce (PE backed)

Day Rate: PS400-PS500/day outside IR35

Location: London (Hybrid - 1/2 days in the office)

Contract: 3-6 month contract (scope for extension/perm)

Start: ASAP (2 weeks maximum)

Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join a high-growth, PE backed consumer-focused business. This role is a key hire within the finance team, working closely with the executive team and wider business functions to deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and decision support. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-orientated, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment.

Core Responsibilities

Act as a finance business partner to the executive team, maintaining trackers, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and providing clear, decision-supporting insight.
Support preparation of monthly KPI packs for the Board and Executive team at both consolidated company and territory level.
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to refine and improve customer metrics reporting, including CAC, LTV, and cohort performance.
Contribute to short-term forecasting and scenario modelling, with additional support on M&A analysis where required.
Provide analytical bandwidth during peak trading periods to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile

ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified.
Proven experience within B2C, marketplace, or eCommerce environments.
Strong track record of KPI reporting and commercial insight, particularly in customer economics, marketing efficiency, and trading performance.
Highly proficient in Excel with strong financial modelling skills; experience with Looker BI desirable.
Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth business.
