About the Role

In this hands-on lab-based position, you'll play a key role in designing and executing translational assays to evaluate therapeutic candidates, uncover mechanisms of action, and explore new biological pathways. You'll work across multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, helping to shape the future of immune-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and run immune cell-based assays for functional screening and mechanistic studies.
Analyse complex datasets and troubleshoot experimental challenges.
Collaborate across teams and present findings in cross-functional meetings.
Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HTA guidelines.
Uphold health and safety protocols and contribute to a culture of scientific excellence.

Your Skills & Experience

Strong background in immunology or cell biology, with experience in assays such as cytotoxicity, proliferation, MLR, and antigen recall.
Familiarity with Fc-mediated depletion techniques (e.g., ADCC, ADCP, CDC).
Skilled in isolating immune cell subsets using FACS or MACS.
Proficient in multi-parameter flow cytometry and antibody panel design.
Competent in data analysis tools (FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel, R).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic research setting.
Experience working with primary human cells and compliance with HTA regulations.
