Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Cardiff office + 2 days working from home)

Salary: PS50,000 - PS55,000 per annum

Are you a Frontend Developer with a sharp eye for design and detail?

We're looking for someone who loves building beautiful, responsive user interfaces and thrives when turning concepts into polished, production-ready applications.

Our client is a seasoned Financial technology subject matter expert with an enviable client base.

The platform is mature, secure, performant, and maintainable, offering developers a chance to work on something industry-leading.

We are looking for an experienced senior developer who brings depth, autonomy, and mentorship.

What youll be working with

React + TypeScript
Collaborating with designers to deliver interfaces that look as good as they feel
Building clean, scalable, maintainable code with a focus on performance

Nice-to-haves

Node.js and/or Laravel PHP (for those who enjoy occasional full-stack crossover)
A natural curiosity for design systems, usability and the finer details of user experience

Tools & culture

They're open-minded about AI-assisted coding and using AI in your workflow
Supportive team environment, with space to grow, whether you're a few years in or already senior
Projects where your input genuinely shapes the final product

Experience needed

Strong frontend development skills with React + TypeScript
An eye for design! You don't need to be a designer, but you know when something looks off (!)
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn (and share what you know)
