Salary: 68-75/hr T4A

Insight Global is seeking a Senior to join a global banking client. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining middleware applications using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and App Connect Enterprise (ACE). The main focus of this requirement is developing Code for ACE/IIB and to manage timelines and coordination with other technical teams for functional releases and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application development, middleware technologies, and DevOps practices. This is a long term contract opportunity and qualified candidates must be willing to work hybrid 4x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and document middleware applications
Lead or support project delivery and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies
Participate in code reviews and testing processes

Must Haves

7-10+ of experience in an application development, specifically responsible for IIB/ACE Development in ESQL and Core Java.
Experience working in a banking/financial services environement specifically withing the payments or credit card technology space.
Experience with middleware technologies, specifically MQ.
ODM integration knowledge/experience.
Understanding of SRE and DevOps practices including Automated Build Deploy process and Agile methodologies.
A background or interest in AI Development and AI Models.
Proven track record of delivering maintainable, quality solutions and collaborating with various technical teams.

Plusses

Springboot and OCP experience.
