Their focus spans across industries such as automotive, energy, utilities, communications, and the public sector, leveraging platforms like Salesforce to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce professional with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.), integrations, and customization, with the ability to lead technical teams and drive enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance tuning.
Lead and mentor junior developers and admins within the Salesforce team.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce release cycles and governance standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of Salesforce experience in development, configuration, and architecture.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
Strong knowledge of data migration, integration frameworks, and security models.
Salesforce Platform Developer II / Application Architect / Technical Architect certifications preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
