Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description
Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful solution delivery, and aligning project outcomes with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams and consultants.
Design technical architecture and integration frameworks.
Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Oversee development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce customizations.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Manage technical risks and provide solutions for complex challenges.
Own release management and deployment processes.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with business and technical standards.
Foster continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce capabilities.
Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and promote team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, Apex, Lightning Components, and integration patterns.
Experience mentoring teams and leading projects within Agile frameworks.
Ability to manage risks, solve complex challenges, and deliver scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
