We are partnering with a fast-growing Series A SaaS company to hire a Founder's Associate (GTM). In this role, you will work directly with the founders and GTM leaders on high-impact initiatives that drive growth and scale.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic operator with 2-5 years of experience who thrives on learning quickly, owning projects end-to-end, and playing a key role in scaling a high-growth SaaS business.

Responsibilities;

Marketing & Growth: Build brand awareness through targeted campaigns, engaging content, and innovative creative programs that drive pipeline growth.
Events & Community: Lead company events and foster community engagement.
Strategic Projects: Partner with founders on launches, GTM experiments, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
Ops & Execution: Tackle critical business needs across sales, marketing, and operations to keep momentum strong.
Brand Development: Develop compelling decks and communications for prospects, customers, and internal teams.

Background

2-5 years of experience in GTM, operations, startups, VC, consulting, or other fast-paced environments.
Versatile generalist with strong execution skills and a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
