Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for several skilled SCCM Enterprise Analyst to strengthen and secure our enterprise desktop environment. In this role, you will lead vulnerability remediation, application lifecycle management, and automation initiatives using Microsoft SCCM, ensuring desktops are secure, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with IT teams and business units to implement solutions that minimize disruption and maximize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Remediate operating system, framework (e.g., .NET), and desktop application vulnerabilities across enterprise desktops.
Build, package, and deploy applications and patches using Microsoft SCCM.
Automate remediation and desktop management tasks using PowerShell.
Catalog and consolidate desktop applications, ensuring compliance with procurement and risk assessments.
Implement and manage a structured application request and approval process via ServiceNow.
Provide Tier 3+ enterprise desktop support and troubleshoot escalated issues.
Collaborate with business units to ensure critical functions remain uninterrupted during remediation or application changes.
Lead or contribute to projects focused on desktop security, application consolidation, and IT process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of enterprise desktop support, SCCM, or related IT operations experience.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft SCCM (packaging, deployment, remediation).
Experience with vulnerability remediation for OS and applications.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Tier 3 desktop support experience, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10+, and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
Experience with desktop consolidation, automation projects, or process improvement initiatives.
