Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ad effectiveness.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement areas.
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives for various IT products and services.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
Proven expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus.
