We are one of the fastest growing EdTech companies in the US and we are seeking a skilled AI Operations Engineer to oversee, optimize, and scale our AI and machine learning infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to streamline AI workflows and support the organization's AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI and ML models in production environments.
Automate workflows for model training, validation, deployment, and updates.
Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security for AI applications.
Collaborate with data science teams to optimize model performance and troubleshoot issues.
Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for AI models and workflows.
Maintain documentation of AI operations processes and tools.
Monitor system metrics and implement proactive measures for incident response.
Stay updated on the latest AI Ops practices, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience with deployment and management of AI/ML models in production.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in Python, with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Understanding of data pipeline and orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
Knowledge of model versioning and experiment tracking tools (MLflow, DVC).
Background in platform engineering or SRE roles.
