About the Role:

As a Graduate Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience across production operations while supporting the delivery of high-quality systems. Take part in training and onboarding activities, developing leadership and project coordination skills as you grow.

Requirements:

Recent graduate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Mechanical/mechatronics/manufacturing related project work and internships is a plus.
Interest in mechanical build processes and quality standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Cardiff-based or willing to relocate (this is an on-site role).

Accelerated career progression with mentoring and training provided.
Exposure to all aspects of scaling production in a high-tech environment.
