Job Specifications

We are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to work for our client in the Automotive/EV market.

The Graduate Engineer will:

Assist in the design, analysis, and optimisation of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing components and systems.
Support prototype build activities, testing, and validation using industry-standard tools and laboratory equipment.
Contribute to technical investigations, data analysis, and reporting to support senior engineers and project teams.
Help improve product performance, efficiency, and manufacturability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and test engineering.
Support documentation, reviews, and day-to-day engineering tasks across ongoing projects.

The Graduate Engineer will have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Academic, internship, or project experience
Familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD software
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning, teamwork, and hands-on engineering work.
