Location: Santa Clara, CA

Hybrid Model

JD:

10+ years of software engineering experience on Service Now Platform extensively on UI/portal development and back-end configuration (REST API Integrations, Flow designer, Scripting Configs , ATFs etc)
Experience with modern UI frameworks like AngularJS, React
Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and compensation
Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances)

Key Skills:

ServiceNow Platform Engineering/Development
UI/Portal Development and Backend Configuration (REST API integrations, Flow Designer, Scripting Configs, ATFs, etc.)
Experience with ReactJS and JavaScript for building custom components
Experience with Core Platform development - Jobs, workflows, scripting and platform configuration, Playbook, API builder (UI builder)

Good to have:

Next framework experience (Seismic Framework/UI builder - based on React) of ServiceNow Platform
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
Experience/Exposure to AgenticAI solutions and NowAssist/GenAI features
