ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Founding Product Designer who's excited to lead design end-to-end: from crafting product experiences to defining the visual identity that shapes how people connect and feel within our platform.
This is not a role where you'll inherit systems--you'll build them. You'll design intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences across mobile and web, prototype rapidly, and collaborate directly with the founder, engineers, and product leaders to bring our vision of community-driven technology to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Craft warm, intuitive, and human-centered experiences across mobile and web.
Prototype and iterate quickly with wireframes and interactive flows.
Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity across product, web, and brand.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship meaningful features.
Shape the design culture and systems as the very first design hire.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer tech or fast-moving startups.
A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, emotive, and human-first design.
Strong UX/UI skills, especially for mobile-first consumer products.
Expertise in Figma and design systems.
A bias for action and comfort owning projects end-to-end.
Nice to Haves:
Experience at leading design studios or early consumer startups.
CSS/HTML skills for Webflow maintenance.
A track record of high design ownership in past roles.
