Tasks

Create Course Templates and Publish Courses: Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to design and develop course templates that align with educational objectives, and publish these courses on EU Learn. Ensure that templates are thorough and meet established standards.
Course Creation and Maintenance: Design and publish courses on EU Learn, continuously updating the self-paced modular courses content and reflecting the latest training offering in the Catalogue, adhering to the overarching frameworks and guidelines established by the training coordinator.
Develop Self-paced Modular Courses and e-Learning Modules: Create engaging self-paced learning modules and materials in accordance with the Training section's planning.
Improve the Presentation and Delivery of Training Materials through Advanced Visual Storytelling Techniques to ensure clarity and engagement.
Deliver High-quality Multimedia Content: Develop videos, animations, and interactive graphics integrated into eLearning modules.
Provide Updated and Refined Audiovisual Training Materials.
Planning and Coordination:
Course Planning and Scheduling: Work closely with the Training Coordinator to develop detailed course planning, including scheduling dates and timeslots that consider the availability of trainers and participants. This planning must ensure optimal engagement and compliance with training goals.
Calendar Coordination: Integrate the calendars for trainings, internal trainings, coaching missions, and coaching sessions. This involves ensuring that all training and coaching activities are synchronized and free from scheduling conflicts, allowing for efficient resource allocation.
Day-to-Day Activity Coordination: Coordinate all day-to-day activities related to training and project execution. Ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and align with the overall project objectives.

Requirements

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset
At least 2 years of specific expertise in PM2
At least 2 year of specific expertise in Agile
Proven experience in training and coaching.
Experience in the management of e-learning projects.
Proven experience in creating and providing presentations in English and French.
Good experience with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual classroom training delivery.
Proven experience with project lifecycle management and public procurement procedure in the cooperation development field.
