Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a OmniStudio Consultant in Nashville, TN. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $62/hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay.

Job Description

The main function of an specialty analyst/developer is to develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs utilizing software packages considered. A typical specialty analyst/developer is responsible for designing software or customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

* Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

* Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

* Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

* Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.

* Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.

* Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.

* Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

* Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.

* Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.

* Knowledge of niche computer software, such as Oracle, Csharp.net, Lawson, etc.

Position's Contributions to Work Group:

* Provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise related to Salesforce, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, LWC, and Aura, ensuring that the work group leverages best practices and the latest innovations.

* Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams--including business analysts, project managers, and other developers--to translate business needs into technical solutions and improve overall project delivery.

* Acts as a key resource within the team, offering guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to foster skill development and continuous improvement among colleagues.

* Plays an integral role in identifying process improvements, proposing technical enhancements, and contributing to strategic decision-making that elevates the group's operational effectiveness.

* Ensures clear and accurate documentation of code, processes, and project updates, thereby reinforcing knowledge sharing and helping to maintain consistency across development initiatives.

* Actively participates in team meetings and agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives), helping to shape project goals and ensure that work is aligned with broader business objectives.

* Contributes to resolving technical challenges that arise during development and integration, thus maintaining high performance, scalability, and long-term success of Salesforce solutions.

Typical task breakdown:

Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow.
Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM.

Work environment:

This is a Nashville based location. Till 2025 1 day a week continuing to 2026 will be 5 days at office.

Education & Experience Required:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.

* 5-7 years related experience required.

Top Skills:

*Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio.

* Strong background in designing and implementing Experience Cloud solutions.

* Experience configuring Salesforce platforms (custom objects, fields, workflows, etc.) to support business processes.

* Familiarity with integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot application issues.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stak
