Girikon is looking at hiring "Salesforce Business Analyst" with the following job description:

Location - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
Effectively communicate insights & plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documents.
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements.
Closely work with business teams across multi locations.
Work on different projects including Integrations, Acquisitions, Migrations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience on Salesforce.
Experience on various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, CPQ).
Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implement practical business solutions.
Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree with good GPA in Computer Science or equivalent field.
