Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst - III

Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX

Type: Contract

Short Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Analyst (BA III) with 7-9 years of experience to support and enhance the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong business analysis skills, Salesforce solutioning expertise, and the ability to work closely with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the Salesforce platform, including updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with business teams to define requirements, whiteboard solutions, and provide Salesforce expertise.
Work with developers to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-9 years of experience in Salesforce analysis/solutioning.
Proven background in Salesforce platform management and solutioning.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
