Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive architectural and data design decisions for our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology, skilled in Salesforce, and eager to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting programs in volunteerism, grants, and donations.
Guide junior developers in architectural best practices and data design, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
Automate business processes using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver strategically sound system solutions.
Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our digital commerce capabilities.

Skills Required

Strong experience with git/version control.
Proficient in Salesforce APEX or similar languages (Java, C#, etc.).
Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and understanding of business processes.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 plus years of experience in front-end development with modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue).
