Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Skills

Proven experience in automation efforts and software quality assurance.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in the Twin Cities area.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment.
Familiarity with the latest automation tools and technologies.
