CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN (M/F) (6 months) in Brussels (Watermael-Boitsfort)
Start: January 2026
Your Tasks
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Benelux within the customer service team, which consists of the manager and an analyst, you will be involved, for all brands (Barilla Pasta and Sauces, Harrys, Wasa, and Mulino Bianco), in the following tasks:
Support in analyzing the service level for customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Support in managing orders from our clients (retailers & distributors), from order reception to delivery, within an international production and distribution network (Italy, France, Germany, Sweden).
Support in managing post-delivery issues, handling any complaints.
Support in managing samples and gift orders for commercial or marketing purposes.
Support in managing and organizing customer or product master data.
Additional tasks may be added depending on your interests, needs, and performance.
Your Profile
Currently studying engineering, logistics, or business, you are recognized for your problem-solving mindset, analytical abilities, dynamism, and willingness to get involved actively. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and good organization.
Your relational skills, your ability to propose concrete ideas, and your mastery of computer tools (Excel) are key assets for successfully completing this mission.
Proficiency in English and French is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
