Are you an experienced SAP Project Manager with a passion for logistics and driving meaningful change? We are a leading public transport operator seeking a Senior SAP Functional Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital evolution.

Your Mission:

Join our ERP department within the IT Directorate and take ownership of key SAP projects from conception to completion. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering solutions that directly impact the efficiency and success of our services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Project Leadership: Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping, planning, and budgeting, through vendor selection, to final implementation and handover to the operations team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Organizing and leading project steering committees, ensuring clear communication with all internal stakeholders, and coordinating with business teams, functional analysts, and external partners.
Delivery & Change Management: Monitoring project activities and deliverables, while proactively organizing and coordinating change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing functional SAP projects.
Deep functional expertise, primarily in Logistics (MM) and a solid understanding of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
A proven ability to lead projects with full autonomy, from defining the scope and sourcing strategy to managing timelines and budgets.
A service-oriented mindset, acting as a trusted advisor to help business teams structure their needs and define clear requirements.
Full professional proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
