We're building the future of AI-driven tax & accounting software. Backed by top investors, with proven GTM and 1,000+ customers already onboard, we're hiring a Head of Product to help us scale.

What we offer

Up to PS150k base salary plus 0.3%-0.6% equity
A clear path to Chief Product Officer, reporting directly to the CEO

What we're looking for

8-15 years in product, ideally from Series A-C SaaS scaleups (PS10m+ revenues)
Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, orchestration, or applied AI in SaaS)
Mid-market SaaS, fintech, or accounting/tax domain knowledge is a strong plus
Hands-on leader: AI-first, technically fluent, pragmatic, no ego
London-based, in our Victoria office 3-4 days/week

What you'll do

Lead and grow the product team with a clear AI focus
Translate customer feedback into production-ready AI agents and features
Drive prototypes from LLM experiments into robust, scalable products with engineering
Ensure product decisions are directly tied to commercial outcomes (revenue, retention, churn
