Join Our Team
We're looking for a Data and BI Analyst to join our Quality and Performance Team and play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the College. In this dynamic role, you'll design, develop, and enhance business intelligence solutions that support strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and operational effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:
Assist the Senior Data and Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver accurate, valid and reliable reporting solutions aligned to the College's Digital Transformation Strategy.
Extract data from various sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into data warehouses or other reporting systems.
Ensure data integrity by validating and cleansing data for accuracy, completeness, consistency and security in line with GDPR and College policies.
Utilise a range of software tools to analyse and interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to derive actionable conclusions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools to visualise key metrics ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate formats for the intended audience, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify the overall scope and requirements of analytical tasks.
What We're Looking For
We seek candidates who:
Hold a Minimum level 3 qualification in Data, Computer Science, Computing, Statistics, Mathematics or a data related subject.
Have GCSE Mathematics grade 9-4 (A*-C).
Have GCSE English Language grade 9-4 (A*-C).
