Position Overview:
As Ecommerce Manager, you will lead the site and app strategy and execution for UNIQLO U.S. Your mission is to create an engaging, easy-to-navigate shopping experience that drives conversion and sales across all product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the site merchandising strategy, ensuring category pages, navigation, and product placement maximize engagement and conversion.
* Plan and execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and promotional events on the site.
* Partner with merchandising teams to localize assortment and ensure accurate product presentation.
* Optimize on-site search, taxonomy, and product categorization for a seamless customer experience.
* Monitor site performance metrics (conversion, bounce rate, click-through) and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align site content with campaigns and brand storytelling.
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* 4-6 years of experience in E-commerce site merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles (apparel preferred).
* Strong understanding of UX principles, site navigation, and conversion optimization.
* Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
Salary Range: $115,000 - $122,000
*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
