What We're Looking For
We're hiring an Account Executive to drive adoption of Novi's AI Shopping product. This is not a plug-and-play sales role. It's an opportunity to own a critical part of our go-to-market engine, help scale a new category-defining product, and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
You'll be based in NYC, working in-office at least three days per week alongside the team. We want someone who thrives in high-ownership settings, brings creativity and hustle, and knows how to navigate the challenges of early-stage sales.
In This Role, You Will
Own the full sales cycle for Novi's AI Shopping product, from prospecting to close.
Drive consistent outreach across phone, email, video, and social to build pipeline and win new logos.
Deliver sharp, consultative product demos that highlight the business impact of AI-driven product optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to refine messaging, share insights, and help shape the product roadmap.
Take an entrepreneurial approach to territory planning, campaign execution, and deal strategy. No playbook is set in stone.
Contribute to a strong, collaborative NYC office culture while helping build a company that scales.
About You
4+ years of sales or business development experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled services. Startup experience is highly preferred.
A self-starter who thrives in high-ownership environments and is motivated by building something new.
Strong communicator who can craft compelling outreach and deliver persuasive demos.
Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
Passionate about AI, CPG, and the future of retail.
Collaborative and team-oriented, but comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Salary Range
$100k Base + Bonus
