Title: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage communications across internal teams, customers, and vendor partners, including purchase orders, inventory requests, and correspondence
Maintain and update the Gynecology Selling site, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
Use Salesforce and SAP to generate reports and analyze product, customer, and repair sales history
Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and major conventions, including attendee tracking, vendor communication, catering, and compliance documentation
Oversee hysteroscopy course management, including equipment setup, physician registration and travel, honoraria, reimbursements, and compliance paperwork

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years' experience in an assistant, sales, or marketing support role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
