Quality Supervisor
IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Quality Supervisor FULL-TIME Opportunity in O'Fallon, MO
Starting Salary: $78,000-$87,000 annually
We are hiring for a Quality Supervisor that will o versee company manuals to ensure process changes and manufacturer manual content revisions are incorporated, oversees the management of Aviation Change Request projects. Oversees the MX controllers. Develops and implements process changes and training.
Responsibilities
Oversees company manuals
Ensures new aircraft equipment inspection/operation requirements are incorporated in the AAIP, MEL, GOM, and MOM as applicable
Reviews revisions to manufacturer's maintenance instructions or service bulletins for inclusion in the AAIP, MEL, GOM and MOM as applicable
Oversees the management of Aviation Change Request projects
Oversees STC's to include drawings, ICA's, 337's and project management
Provides project updates to leadership team
Ensures milestones for projects are met and projects stay on task
Develops, implements, and maintains training programs
Assist in the preparation of all new hire and recurrent
Monitors and implements changes to training to ensure FAA, Industry, and Company compliance yearly
Oversee and assist with reliability projects
Ensure missed flight and in-service reports are maintained and available for Leadership
Determine areas of improvement on high usage parts and high out of service problems.
Ensures Bi-Weekly and Annual AD listings are completed and reviewed.
Monitors MXC and records for process improvements, efficiency.
Perform periodic audits.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter maintenance experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid State issued Driver's License
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Capable of lifting 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
Related experience under 14 CFR Parts 43,91,135 and 145.
Supervisory Experience Preferred
