Pay Comments: up to PS48.00 ph PAYE

About the Role
The Senior Project Manager reports into the Strategic Delivery Office (Global Events) and plays a key role in the organisation, coordination, and management of the client's corporate, executive, industry, and third-party events, as well as internal events as needed. Demonstrating a keen understanding of business-to-business marketing, this person will drive, facilitate, and lead events from planning through execution, ensuring all activities and results are aligned and synchronised to deliver a high-quality event experience in a timely and successful manner.
About You
Partner with the global event marketing team and other functional leads to define, document, and communicate event scope with all key stakeholders.
Build project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of events, including planning, website development, announcements, registration, virtual event platform needs, and onsite coordination (booth fixtures, video, swag, handouts, posters, directional signage, etc.). Ensure all deliverables align with project scope and goals.
Coordinate, facilitate, and drive status meetings. Prepare agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and track next steps. Summarise and communicate meeting outcomes to all event partners.
Track key dates, manage task/project/program/event dependencies, facilitate creative approvals, and proactively communicate any issues.
Conduct offline meetings with cross-functional marketing teams (creative, digital, web production, QA, localisation, social, demand, customer marketing, product marketing, regional teams, etc.) to ensure priorities are clear, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated.
Maintain communication with all project/event partners to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimisation of resources, smooth handovers, and consistent project/program/event quality.
Assign creative and production resources through project management tools. Lead and supervise progress, handovers, and status updates.
Audit projects/events once completed, conduct debrief meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the event marketing team and Strategic Delivery Office.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years' project management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams
Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience improving processes
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Google Docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Other Qualifications
Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing is a plus
Enthusiastic, standout colleague who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of design concepts, file types, and execution requirements
Experience and interest in event management is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
Experience using AI to increase project management efficiency is a plus
Agency experience is a plus
