CRO Manager - Contract

Are you a data-driven CRO specialist with deep Adobe Target experience? We're looking for a Contract CRO Manager to lead experimentation, personalisation, and content optimisation across high-traffic websites for a leading digital agency.

As the CRO Manager, you'll take ownership of test strategy and delivery, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and the CMS team. You'll lead experimentation initiatives that drive measurable performance, improved user journeys, and personalised experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

Own CRO, personalisation, and content authoring strategy across client websites
Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle - from ideation to trustworthy analysis and reporting
Design and optimise customer journeys for conversion and engagement
Collaborate with designers, developers, and the CMS product owner to enhance user experience
Work with modern CMS platforms to deliver scalable, personalised content

Skills & Experience:

Expert-level experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
Proven track record in CRO strategy and experimentation best practices
Hands-on experience with server-side testing, working closely with development teams
Solid understanding of tag management systems
Strong working knowledge of headless CMS platforms, especially Contentful

Benefits
