Our client, a leading data solutions provider are engaged with a leading insurance provider and they're seeking a Gen AI Lead to drive cutting-edge AI solutions that will transform business operations and deliver real impact across the organisation.
As a Gen AI Lead you will:
Lead on Generative AI solution design and development
Research and implement cutting edge techniques, methodologies and approaches
Take projects from design, through proof of concept and into production
Lead stakeholder management and issue resolution on project work
Identify, source, and engineer data to support data science activities
Ensure all work is fully documented and quality assured
Take solutions through internal governance and risk management processes
The ideal Gen AI Lead will have:
Degree in a quantitative discipline (eg, statistics, computing science, data science) or equivalent experience
Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of a wide variety of Generative AI models
Conceptual understanding of how large language models work
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and machine learning development
Experience with cloud native tooling for Azure and AWS
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)
