What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement revolutionary academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and classroom reality
Orchestrate high-stakes academic performance reviews, ensuring our network of schools maintains exceptional standards
Conduct comprehensive academic ecosystem analyses, identifying critical learning acceleration bottlenecks and crafting strategic solutions
Spearhead strategic initiatives that keep all stakeholders laser-focused on transformative learning outcomes
Serve as our global ambassador, from delivering compelling keynotes to negotiating with education ministries, catalyzing worldwide educational reform

Director Of Learning Science Key Responsibilities
Scale our revolutionary educational model across diverse school environments, establish new benchmarks for academic excellence, and become the authoritative voice for our science-backed, results-driven educational transformation.
Basic Requirements
Advanced credentials (Master's/Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field
Proven 7+ year track record leading high-performing academic or EdTech initiatives with demonstrable learning gains
Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning outcomes
Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
Expert-level performance management capabilities with experience leading high-caliber teams
Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts
Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders
Nice-to-have Requirements
Entrepreneurial experience in innovative education models or EdTech ventures
Proven ability to navigate complex educational environments across different cultures and regions
Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles and Bloom's 2 Sigma research

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
