Title: Learning Lead

Duration: November 2025- June 2026

Adoption & Learning Lead – Mississauga, ON

We are seeking an Adoption & Learning Lead to support large scale technology enablement and drive successful user adoption across the organization. This role focuses on creating learning experiences that support employees through change, ensuring new digital tools are understood, embraced, and effectively used.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Onsite Hybrid flexibility depending on project stage)

What You Will Do

Lead the development of end-to-end learning strategies to support technology transformation initiatives
Identify training needs and design targeted learning programs that improve knowledge retention, user competency and digital enablement
Develop content across multiple formats including visual guides, presentations, videos, e-learning and microlearning assets
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to plan, deliver and maintain learning experiences that align with change strategies
Leverage adult learning principles, measurement methods and feedback evaluation to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Support organizational readiness by translating technical concepts into simple, user-friendly learning language

What You Bring

Strong communication skills and ability to influence, partner and facilitate across all organizational levels
Experience building and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment
Familiarity with change management approaches (ADKAR, etc.) and instructional design
Ability to translate complex, technical information into simple, accessible content
Experience with LMS platforms, content creation tools, multimedia formats and modern digital learning delivery methods
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments, manage multiple workstreams, and pivot quickly as priorities shift
Minimum 5 years experience in learning, training, enablement or organizational development fields
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in related field preferred)
