Développer un guide regroupant toutes les normes et process nécessaire à la production des procédures de réparation structure
Identifier les améliorations du Manuel de réparation structure, basé sur les retours du Support à la Flotte et notamment sur les sujets suivants : réparations composites, consommable, matériaux, figures, amélioration des instructions
Assurer en continu et dans des délais impartis une assistance technique auprès des clients
Analyser les demandes clients relatives à des dommages des structures sur des avions en service
Identifier les défauts répétitifs pour proposer des solutions d’amélioration
Etablir des instructions de réparation aussi bien spécifiques que génériques
Assurer la navigabilité en vérifiant que les réparations et déviations à la définition d’origine restent en accord avec les réglementations applicables
Développer et administrer des systèmes et base de données pour maintenir et améliorer la gestion des connaissances
Ce stage est fait pour vous :
Diplôme (niveau BAC +5, Master 1 ou 2) en mécanique ou en aéronautique de préférence dans le domaine des structures avion
Maîtrise de la langue anglaise, y compris technique (B1)
Maîtrise pack Office
Autonomie, rigueur, bon sens de l'organisation.
Ouverture d’esprit, attitude positive, bon esprit d’équipe.
Forte orientation client.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!Within the Engineering Structures Department, help ensure consistent engineering support to customers for structural queries.the candidate will:
Develop a guide compiling all the standards and processes required to produce structural repair procedures
Evaluate improvement of Structural Repair Manual based on Fleet support feedback, especially for following topics: composite repairs, consumable, materials, figures and wordings improvement,
Help providing consistent and timely technical support to customers,
Evaluate customer requests regarding structural damage on in-service aircraft
Investigate existence of previous similar cases to ensure consistent support
Write Structural Repair Instructions of generic and specific nature, as required
Ensure aircraft airworthiness by making sure that structural repairs or deviations from the original design are compliant with applicable regulations,
Work with ATR’s databases to help ensure adequate knowledge management
Possible interactions with customers, Stress office, Repair Drawing Team, Fleet Support Team and other ATR departments (customer support, spares engineering, safety, quality, etc)This internship is designed for you
Degree (Bac +5, Master 2) in aeronautical or mechanical engineering
Language skills (and level): English (B1)
IT skills (tools): Microsoft Office
Autonomous, rigorous and with good organizational skills.
