Robert Half is partnering with a well known brand seeking an experienced D365 F&O Business Analyst to support operations by optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain modules. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a strong focus on D365 system configuration, reporting, optimization and support.This position is full time with a fantastic benefits package and 3 days onsite in Orange County, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into D365 F&O solutions.
Configure and support D365 F&O modules such as supply chain and warehouse management.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications for system enhancements.
Support system testing, data migration, and go-live activities for manufacturing-related projects.
Provide training and support to end-users across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing and supply chain modules.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus in supply chain, in a manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environment.
Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration and implementation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience working in multi-site or global supply chain environments.
