Location: Tampa, FL

Salary: $140,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and communications for an exciting growing hospitality and lifestyle group. This senior role will oversee multi-channel campaigns, drive customer engagement, and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Lead and mentor a growing marketing team.
Oversee digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
Manage budgets and measure campaign performance.
Align brand messaging across channels and initiatives.

Skills & Experience

7+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success in integrated marketing and communications.
Strong digital expertise (social, content, CRM, SEO/SEM).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
