Finance Manager (Revenue) - FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Location: London (4 days a week in the office)

Length: 15-month contract

Start: ASAP

Salary: PS55,000 - PS65,000 plus benefits

Our client is a leading, award-winning international branding and design agency, partnering with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. With offices in London, New York, and the Middle East, they are continuing their impressive global growth. We're looking for a Finance Manager to join the London HQ and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information across the business -- supporting leadership to make informed decisions and enabling the agency to scale globally.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires both strong technical knowledge and the ability to step back and see the bigger picture. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and collaborate with multiple departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Recognition & Reconciliation - ensure revenue and cost of sales are recognised accurately, manage client & intercompany invoicing, and reconcile against forecasts.

Credit Control - drive cash collection, manage global client billing requirements, and forecast inflows.

Reporting & Analysis - deliver insightful reporting on forecasts, pipeline movements, and month-end reconciliations.

Audit & Compliance - support audit requests and parent company reporting, while strengthening internal processes and controls.

Projects & Improvements - contribute to process improvements, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc projects with the CFO and FD.

About You: You will be a qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical expertise in revenue recognition and contract accounting. You're confident in building relationships across the business and communicating effectively with non-finance stakeholders, bringing both credibility and influence. Naturally proactive and detail-focused, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are equally comfortable managing the day-to-day detail as you are stepping back to provide strategic insight.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised creative agency and make a real impact -- combining technical rigour with commercial influence.

If you're available at short notice and keen to take on your next challenge, I'd love to hear from you.
