Role Description
This is a contract role for a Data Scientist & Data Analyst that requires proficiency in Spanish. This role is located on-site in Denver, CO. The Data Scientist & Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, managing databases, developing data models, creating data visualizations, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Data Scientist - Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve AI/ML models using LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
Apply Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance predictions.
Mine conversational data to detect services at risk, customer pain points, and competitors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and communicate progress.
Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven machine learning & NLP experience.
Strong knowledge of LLMs (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa).
Familiarity with telecom domain & customer interaction transcripts.
Spanish & English fluency (non-negotiable).
Data Analyst - Key Responsibilities
Annotate conversational data from CS calls following strict guidelines.
Validate model outputs, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports on performance, insights, and metrics.
Support the Data Scientist in data preparation, cleaning, and preprocessing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with NLP and LLMs is a plus.
Familiarity with telecom domain & conversational datasets.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
