About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Auditors with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to evaluate restaurant/Hotels operations and customer experience. In this role, you will visit designated restaurants/hotel anonymously, assess specific service and quality standards, and provide detailed reports based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct undercover visits to restaurants & Hotels as a typical customer.
Evaluate and document various aspects of the dining experience, including:
Customer service quality
Cleanliness and ambiance
Food presentation and taste
Staff behavior and knowledge
Compliance with brand standards and protocols
Accurately complete detailed evaluations and submit reports within specified timelines.
Adhere to assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

Strong observational and writing skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective.
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and protocols.
Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or auditing is a plus.
Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or camera.
Willingness to travel locally for assignments.

Compensation:

Paid per assignment (varies by project complexity and duration).
Reimbursement for meals or expenses as outlined per project.
