For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Developer, remotely from Europe.

In this role, you will focus on building a strong client pipeline, engaging with senior leadership to secure new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across the European market. You will take ownership of target segments, lead strategic sales development initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of establishing long-term relationships with clients while positioning the organization as an industry leader. Regular travel will be required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Accountabilities:

Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities that align with strategic goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers
Attend industry conferences and expos to generate leads and strengthen client relationships
Independently plan travel to meet clients and prospects, achieving sales targets
Create compelling proposals and manage contract reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement strategic sales approaches
Leverage networking tools and industry contacts to expand the client pipeline

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA)
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance is a plus
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages such as French, Spanish, or German are an advantage
Strong networking, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with CRM systems and online networking tools for lead generation
Ability to work under pressure, meet KPIs, and deliver results individually and within a team
Confident in presenting to clients and conducting seminars for large groups
