Are you passionate about supporting others through major life transitions? As a Bilingual Relocation Advisor, you'll be the single point of contact for individuals and families relocating. You'll guide them through every step of the process -- providing expert advice, timely support, and reliable service. About the Role: Location: Onsite - Ottawa, Ontario

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (rotating monthly shifts):
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Security Requirement: Eligibility to obtain enhanced security clearance (provided by the Government of Canada)

Responsibilities:

Relocation Support: Provide guidance via phone, email, and live chat on benefits, policies, and use of the secure relocation portal.
Advisory Sessions: Lead 30-minute planning calls tailored to different relocation types (Initial Assignment, Domestic, etc.).
Expense Management: Review and process expense claims and reimbursements in line with policy.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant case notes.
Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth contact centre operations.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in French and English (required)
